🍃PEACE OF MIND:
A FESTIVAL OF SHORT PLAYS

Over 250 people gathered on May 4, 2024 to attend “Rose City Presents: Peace of Mind – A Festival of Short Plays” at The Colony Theatre in Burbank.  This was a moving and successful event thanks to all attendees and sponsors  – The Marissa and Greg Frankenfield Family Foundation, Hera the Dog Vodka, and We Fund LA Powered By New American Funding. The plays were written and directed by Jeff Locker, who joined Rose City’s Development Committee in 2023 and was instrumental in bringing the magical evening to life.

On September 6th, 2025, Rose City Center and Jeff Locker returned to the Colony Theatre in Burbank for Peace of Mind II, an exciting night of all new short plays that explored the topic of mental health.
